This must be a veterinarian playset.

me when I play overwatch
Sure, the multiple guns are stealing the show, but what’s with the 2 ducks and 2 bowling pins? (And everything else besides that is pretty much just dentist stuff, not general purpose doctoring.)
Looks like balls can be fired by the guns. And the ducks and pins are targets. And the rest is dentist stuff.
The balls are there so you can act out fun choking scenarios with your 3 year old kid.
Oh, good. I was worried the balls were one of those butt rip cord starters.
Perhaps they were thinking of an American doctor.
The bowling pins are for hitting the patient on the head because that’s the only anesthesia they can afford. The ducks are the little birdies circling the patient’s head after the anesthetic bludgeoning has been administered.
The first gun is there because America and the second gun is so you can double-tap the patient in case you suspect they might be an immigrant.
Literally just “Take whatever we have, and call it a doctor playset” lol
Those are prosthetics to up your Operation game. No longer just taking stuff out, now you gotta put stuff back!
How American doctors unheal you when the credit card declines
Doctor: “Quick nurse, get me my kit!”
Nurse:

Anyways, that’s how I lost my medical license
It’s for putting down patients that die and turn into zombies.
I’m guessing they are antivax.
Glocktor
No grip safety, literally unplayable.
That’s Loid Forger’s kit, obviously.
Ah, the euthanasia gun, my favorite medical device.
Isn’t every gun a euthanasia gun??
This is a gun made specifically for euthanasia, and is usable in highly sterile environments.
It needs to be easily sanitised so the patient doesn’t get an infection
This is Tactical Breach Wizards lore, I’m certain
damn that game was so fun until i hit a brick wall
It’s rare I find a game that I will play straight through and beat, these days. I hope you’ll circle back to it occasionally, the story is really satisfying to finish.
Need one shot or two?
“I need something to heal”
