The development of Grok is quite interesting to me. Musk has two competing goals:
Make Grok smart
Make Grok agree with Musk
Musk seems to be choosing some kind of middle ground. If you look at trackingai.org Grok falls into the bottom left quadrant, like every LLM. Of all LLMs however, it leans the most towards the bottom right.
“Why are all our kids turning into leftists after spending decades learning the most updated expert knowledge the world has to offer?! It’s a mystery, or witchcraft. Probably witchcraft.”
A rich billionaire who owns a megacorporation with fingers in pretty much everything all over the world, and who basically owns most of Metropolis, a fictional city in America.
He is the arch-nemesis of Superman, and has an obsession with him and his display of ideals.
Imagine if they made a separate reasoning mode trained in like reasoning: xhigh, high, medium, low, musk and they just set it to musk mode for internal demos
It’s a browser plug in that let’s you block scripts based on domains. Great for disabling trackers and questionable shit added into a site, but sometimes breaks pages entirely.
I have 1 separate browser solely for porn I run NoScript on. Makes life a hell of a lot easier

It’s almost as if the truth has a left leaning bias. Hmmmm
If conservatives ever figure this out they might start gutting public educati-- oh.

The woke mind virus RRREEEEEEE
That’s why facts are the worst enemy of right-wingers
It’s more likely that reddit has a left leaning bias.
I know reddit was a key source for training models, but so was the entire depth and breadth of published science.
who is lex
Lex Luthor, one of Superman’s greatest enemies.
A rich billionaire who owns a megacorporation with fingers in pretty much everything all over the world, and who basically owns most of Metropolis, a fictional city in America.
He is the arch-nemesis of Superman, and has an obsession with him and his display of ideals.
Who is elon
Someone who wants to dominate over other humans without having an alien with ideals getting in the way.
Imagine if they made a separate reasoning mode trained in like reasoning: xhigh, high, medium, low, musk and they just set it to musk mode for internal demos
I know that’s supposed to be parody, but I’d honestly think about that if I worked at X…
A LoRA perhaps?
Nah, makes more sense as a reasoning mode, since “musk reasoning” is so… distinct /s
(But, yeah, if they were actually going to do that, then yes, a lora)
You forgot:
3. Generate CSAM
Thanks, now I have that acronym in my search history
Bless your soul if you didn’t know what that acronym meant
Computer Science After Midnight 😬?
/JS
Is there a shortage after the Epstein island closed?
/😐
I think the government made C-SPAN.
this is very interesting site. thanks for sharing
I sometimes wonder if this is one of the reasons Musk hates Wikipedia so much. Content like it is an important part of LLM training data.
Wow that’s telling. Even the worst AI is still better than most “centre right” politicians
Your link is broken.
Fixed
Doesn’t work for me either. I think the Lemmy.World prefix is not supposed to be there
It looks like, for whatever reason, lemmy is trying to format it like a community link rather than an external link.
On my end the link is to https://lemmy.ml/post/54563096/trackingai.org/political-test, it should just be trackingai.org/political-test.
Do you have NoScript on? It seems to break the page
I don’t know what that is.
