The burden of proof is on them, what probable cause did they have to arrest that boy? Is he going to get a probable cause hearing. Is that dhs asshat going to file a report?

I think there’s a really crucial fact that you’re unaware of or don’t want to acknowledge: the cruelty is the point. The republicans and their base don’t care that their immigration policy isn’t effective, the tactics are there for social media likes and to instill terror in migrants who may want to come here so they stay home.
