Do they sell oranges there or something? I know they have apples/apple slices. They also have that McCafe thing with scones and muffins on the menu, but I only see those in more upscale neighborhoods, not really every location.
My guess would be either a worker on break eating their own lunch or snack. If not that then someone who is with someone that wanted to eat there, but they dont eat that food and had an orange on them.
