It’s not hypocrisy to enjoy a cozy blanket and a hot beverage any time of the year. It just turns out that winter is a lot more enjoyable time to enjoy those than summer!

It doesn’t rally have anything to do with the winter, so yeah, kinda is. Unless you’re outside first, then coming in for that cozy feeling, them why would it matter if it was winter or not?

Does your house not get cold in the winter? We have winter bedding because the bedroom doesn’t get above 60F in the winter and below 80F in the summer.

Not really no. We have district heating, plus my computer runs quite often. I have the same cover/bedding year around. That and we have properly isolated houses, since it does get cold outside. It does backfire a bit during summer though. Especially nowadays. Most people install air conditioners now, which was unheard of 20 years ago.

For the same reason it isn’t “winter” year round inside a freezer.

It’s a time of year, with all the changes in weather, climate, and home maintenance that come along with that. Not a temperature.

If you say so. Sounds pretty accurate if you ask me. But then again, i really do like the winter and being outside.

I mean, loving something from the same room (or space) isn’t hypocrisy, either.

People can like the same thing, for different reasons. Someone elses mode of enjoyment differing from yours doesn’t make them a hypocrite.

Yes. But that’s not a retort. You’re assuming you can tell whether someone is genuine based on how they enjoy the same thing you do.

You’re either desperate to get the last word in, or legitimately obtuse.

I could rephrase one more time, but you’re clearly either unwilling or incapable of understanding what I’m saying.

                    You haven’t actually elaborated, though.

You’ve just repeated that way the way YOU like it, is the REAL way.

people be like “I love the world!” from the surface of a planet with an atmosphere and in the golden zone of warmth of their star. No. Go outside and let’s see
