    I mean, If I were to try that at my age, the feeling the next day would not be dissimilar from a hangover

      My eating habits especially close to bed absolutely dictate my quality of sleep and how I feel in the morning. Just not coffee, wooo ADHD

      I quit drinking, but I still get hangovers from sugar intake and bad sleep. It sucks! I did the thing that was supposed to solve that.
      The alcohol is only a contributor in hangovers.
