I assume the king took this photo? Or maybe the king’s jester if the king approved of it before the photo was released
It’s his name, I pronounce it how he does.
You say data, I say data
You say gif, I say gif
Data, data, gif, gif
Let’s call the whole thing off
As long as it’s fucking singular because the other way sounds stupid …
One is my name. The other is not.

Nice GIF
Just to be clear, it’s Commander Data, not Commander Data.
I call it both, depending on the mood
Either way is fine but just don’t come at me with “the data are conclusive”
This datum is conclusive!
You can tell someone is older or in academics/research when they say it like this.
For most people “data” is a singular set. It’s clearer to say “these sets of data are conclusive”, while if it’s a single study, “this data is conclusive”
Like why you don’t walk into a police station and say “there were murders everywhere” when you’re talking about crows.
I was looking for a NES game on GoG.
There is a right way to say that sentence. And a wrong way.
/aɪ wəz ˈlʊkɪŋ fɔː ə ɛn eː ɛs ˈɡeɪ̯m on gŏg/
tbh /gŏg/ is pretty hard to pronounce so i would probably say /ɡɒk/ like gock
This is the kind of lore im looking for
Which one do you hate more?
-
I was looking for a en ee ess game on gog.
-
I was looking for a ness game on gee oh gee.
an en ee ess
Thank you!
I hate them both equally, I’d say “an NES game”
There are at least 2 more ways to say it, along with some even more cursed variants.
Say gog like the G in gif?
Could be gog, jog, goj, or joj.
I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain a G at the end of a word is always pronounced as a hard G. So the latter two are out.
Jog is hilarious though, Imma start saying it that way
Zjog, zjoj, etc
long E for nes, like neice.
Lol pure evil
Oof

I was looking for a Nintendo Entertainment System game on Good Old Games.
You understand
datumoj

Cxu tio estas esperanto
Jes, kaj mi supozas, ke tiu chi parto de la fadeno estas nun proprajho de la Universala Esperanto-Asocio.
Doita?
Datums
Then there’s me who says it both ways depending on the sentence.
DAY-da
DA-tum
No
I call it data. Sue me
