Then again, even if he were victimizing minors, so was anyone who held any power at Nickelodeon at the time. So, firing him for anything other than deadlines would have caused an explosion of blowback.
The sad thing is what destroyed his career was more his inability to meet deadlines than any form of sexual misconduct.
