Where I’m at they won’t let you leave the lodge with alcohol. I wonder if this is just a random shop at the base selling this to cover the needs of a group of mates for a long weekend or something.
My take was someone using the photo out of context to make a joke. A sled seems like the easiest way to transport unopened beer a relatively short distance at a ski resort or whatever - maybe it’s getting delivered to a wedding reception or function on site.
