I’ve been sidelined for several weeks with back pain, first day testing the waters squatting again. Feels good!
This isn’t my first time with back issues so goal is to focus on volume rather than max weight for awhile to reduce risk of aggravating whatevers going on.



Low back injuries are no joke! I’m plagued by chronic low back issues. I have no idea what causes my injuries (other than sitting all day lol). Just go slow and if anything feels tweaky, cut the set off.
I’ve really been hammering back extensions lately, and following some advice form YT lowbackability (as suggested by Jim wendler).
You ever do reverse hypers? Some people swear by them, I’ve never tried it.
Never had the equipment. I’d definitely try it if I did.
