And for like an hour, I’m freaking… “This is it. He’s found another job. He’s moving town. He’s headed back to his home country… Ah, shit.”
Then we meet up, “So, I might need Friday off because my parents are landing at 10am.”
“What? Yes! Yes, of course! Oh my god.”
Fucker gets me everytime and doesn’t know he’s doing it.
Or maybe he DOES know and he’s a sadistic bastard who gets off on this kind of thing 🤷
Or he does it so OP says yes to whatever request they have, because hey, them taking a Friday off is still far better than them leaving the company?
