24·3 days agoThere is a difference between “advice” on how to do something vs. “advice” on what to avoid or how not to do it.
I would gladly take advice on how to do something from someone who succeeded, and I’d equally gladly take advice on what not to do from someone who failed.
They are both invaluable.
At this point, I am starting to agree with her.

417·4 days agoDon’t confused patriotism with nationalism. Nationalists are rooting for ICE and Trump and all of those asshats. Nicole Good and Alex Pretti, and the many others out there still, are all Patriots.

1·4 days agoThis is good for when the hardware is purchased second hand, or has become obsolete in the future.
I have an iPad I’m still holding onto with the hopes that one day it’ll be Linux worthy.
So yeah, buying new Mac hardware for linux doesn’t make sense. But that’s not the only use case.
