Why did you type *******? You could just type a made up pass to use as the example, like “hunter2”

Yep. In my experience the real trick is to find the value in advice, regardless of who/what/why (as I give this advice haha). For example, we’re trained to call out hypocrites but really, hypocrisy shouldn’t be immediately discounted just because it’s hypocrisy. A drug addict can absolutely tell someone they shouldn’t do drugs. Hypocritical? Yep. Good advice from someone who really knows? Also yep.
Critical thinking is the single most important skill a human can learn.
Great, appreciate the info
Oh, so I don’t even need to launch with Wine necessarily? Like I noticed Heroic has an install game option, so I could change the Heroic directory to, say, /mnt/drive2/Games on my other drive, and run the game .exe from the Heroic installer?
Yeah I wasn’t sure if it was necessary. I use a few Windows vst apps with yabridge, but I suppose those need to get installed in specific places so the apps know where to look. Seems like for games I can just change the install directory to my other drive and run from there. Thanks for the write up, I was actually planning to launch using Heroic, just wasn’t sure if games through Wine needed the C:\ drive prefix.
Great, thanks!
Great, thanks!

What do you mean? It’s a slider setting you can turn on or off individually for each address (if you want to keep it one one but not others). It’s under identity and addresses.
If a right can be violated without repercussion, you never actually had it to begin with. We’re seeing the same up in Canada with the Conservative’s use of the not-withstanding clause. Basically, “you have rights until they get in the way of what we’re doing”.
