    So here’s a quick recipe for a spicy egg salad. It’s a kind of love it or hate it thing, but it definitely has the same musical effect on your digestion.

    • 20 cooked and roughly chopped eggs
    • 1 jar of Hellmann’s Light mayonnaise
    • 1 jar of white asparagus, chopped
    • 1 jar of mushrooms
    • 50g Stokes Curry Ketchup
    • 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
    • freshly ground black pepper
    • Habanero Tabasco to taste
