What’s everybody doing? Keeping your beans on the driveway or bringing a glass vial down from the ISS every morning?
My roaster ships in resealable paper bags with one-way valves. I could see myself sticking some tape over those, but that’s about it. I’m done with a bag in about four weeks anyway.
A bag is gone in a week or so. I store it in the bag it comes in, as tightly wrapped as I can get it. It’s usually roasted within the same week that I get it. If I have a backlog I keep sealed containers in the freezer. If I buy bulk for some reason I’ll vacuum pack it into smaller size and freeze jt.
