Looking for a cheapish pen ( I don’t want to loose a pricey pen) for uni next year. I need a ballpoint pen for maths (working out) and a gel pen for theory notes. Ideally they both have refills and write nicely.

Pilot G2-07 gel pens are awesome. Quite expensive refills but lots of cheap models you’re not totally heartbroken over if you lose them some day.
Seconding G2s. Consistent, good color, easy to refill. Bit pricy yes, but more than worth it.
