    Nutrition labels on packaged foods should also contain the information for “This is for when you monster the whole packet in one sitting”

    Cooking instructions should also not require me to preheat the oven. Dinner isnt coming out of a frozen cardboard box because I’m excellent about thinking ahead.

      Quite a few do now. There will be a serving size, calories per serving, servings per container, and a second column containing the totals for the entire container. This is usually on smaller packaged foods, snacks and the like. Unfortunately it’s not standardized to have the second set.
