During Occupy there was this guy Michael. Michael loved to break down boxes. We had a lot of boxes from all of the donations and stuff. And Michael would just be there all day, breaking down boxes. Apparently that’s what he would do in his neighborhood. Just sit outside and break down boxes. I think about Michael a lot when people say stuff like, “no one would be a janitor if they weren’t paid.”

Unless that bottle guy is actively harming the world by protecting pedophiles, removing environment protection laws, removing women’s rights, giving money to billionaires, surrendering our to data centres and selling out our future … then yes, he’s more useful.
