My pc does this for every website and for any game I throw at it (no matter how old or easy to run). It does it often with 1080p local video files but not for cloud streaming for gaming. So if I want to watch a youtube video in 1080p my comouter goes nuts if I do it in my local browser but it’s all good if I do it in the browser on my cloud PC, with no visible quality difference. It never stops being funny.
