I too have autism, and I have this same response of spite towards advertizers.
I am reluctant to buy or use things that are advertized to me, ads lower my opinion of a product by a lot. I cringe at products/brands that advertize. A good product would not aggressively try to make me want it; doing so is a vile deed. It’s abuse of people and should qualify as a human rights violation (we need way more recognized human rights).
I aggressively block ads, so I almost exclusively see yt sponsorships, and my response to those is “ew”. “Ew a proprietary VPN” “Ew mobile game”
