Southern hemisphere here. I am enjoying the (relative) lack of mosquitos. Although one of the Bastards did bite my kid though.

Also the winter hurts. It’s too fucking cold

With enough climate change it will be mosquitos all year round.

One of the first things global warming did was to mess up a bunch of seasonal mating patterns for insect species.

We’ll end up with masses of hugs and no winter to stop them. They don’t show that bit in Mad Max.

I have 8 stinky stagnant water sludge buckets with mosquitoe dunk/bits around my house. That eliminates 95℅ of them. The rest are easily controlled with a thermacell. It really works.
