Clearly communism has a flaw, as again and again people are able to abuse the system to become a corrupt dictator. But capitalism also has flaws, as there are also capitalist states that are being abused by individuals to become powerful and wealthy at the cost of others like Russia and the US.
Same thing with religion. Jesus says do no harm. Christians say they commit horrible war crimes, crimes against humanity and spread fear and hate in the name of christ. When you do that you’re not a Christian but you abuse it for your own gain. This happens in many religions.
