4 days agoI wanted to change a restaurant reservation I’d made online so I called them ON THE PHONE since online wasn’t an option. I got an AI pretending to be human… The worst part was it had pretend typing noises. I don’t mind that it’s an AI (kinda) but the pretence bothered me and made me think less of the restaurant.
That’s a really inappropriate use of any type of non human communication. Awful.
