Nah, you got it all wrong. I don’t punish them, I do them a favor. They mabe don’t know it, but it’s good for them if they stop occasionally.

On the other hand, they punish me, every day of every week. They punish me with pollution and noise and concrete and traffic accidents and oil consumption and heat radiation.

Maybe I shouldn’t tell you guys this, but sometimes I press the button even if I don’t have to cross the street. Also sometimes I cross the street really slowly, drivers get especially mad about that. Obviously I’m not from the US, since I’m still alive.

Mit Théoden frag ich mich: Was kann der Mensch gegen solch tollkühnen Hass ausrichten? Wir müssen uns da dagegen stemmen. Gewalt ist ihre Sprache, vllt wirds langsam Zeit für eine Antwort.

Ja, ist traurig wie sich die EU-Komission von den USA unter Druck setzten lässt. IMO um so wichtiger, dass wir als Konsumenten den Ami-Konzernen nicht die ganze Zeit unser Geld rein stopfen.

Mir scheint, als wären wir als Gesellschaft so ideologisch verrant, dass uns für diese Probleme nur Lösungen einfallen, die die Ursachen von besagtem Problemen noch verstärken.

Der Rhein hat kein Wasser mehr? Sonntagsfahrverbot für LKWs aufheben! Oder noch besser: Den Fluss ausbauen, sprich noch mehr begradigen und vertiefen.

Die österreichische Gemütlichkeit verhindert jedoch oft deren konsequente Vollstreckung. Bei mir in der Gegend sehe ich ständig ungedrosselte E-Scooter mit über 30km/h rum flitzen. Von jugendlichen ohne Helm gelenkt. Da ist man hier nicht so.
