Sometimes the city, county and state all have trucks out at the same time doing different roads. Like all roads in the history of roads, they are interconnected but each jurisdiction only plows their own roads. So the city drives to my neighborhood on county roads with the plow up on snow covered roads.

I can drive around my plowed neighborhood now, but can’t get out onto the county road, and there’s a huge snow bank at the end of the city road.
