3 days agoWe observed the higgs boson just 20-ish days off of the maya’s predicted date for 2012 if you factor in leap years, which they did not account for.
They somehow knew we were going to observe quantum phenomena and collapse realities around this point in history. We broke something by observing the state of that particle.
I live on the edge of the soda / pop line in western NY. I grew up firmly in soda land, and that’s what I call it.
What is pop? That’s your daddy. Or music. Or goes the weasel. Certainly not your beverage, man.
At least we don’t call everything coke, I guess.
