I’ve actively started doing tickets manually again. Just reviewing is exhausting, and yes, in part because I’m overwhelmed by what I don’t understand. I’m somewhat new in our codebase and letting AI do all the work means I’ll never get to know it in depth. That means I’m not meeting the productivity goals managers have already adopted, though. :/

Schweizer ist ein geschützter Begriff und per Definition unbefleckt. Bist du kriminell, bist du per Definition nicht Schweizer. Egal, was für mentale Gymnastik betrieben werden muss, die Ingroup muss geschützt werden. Gleichzeitig sind alle Mitbewohner in den Köpfen der Schweizer auch Mitschweizer. Gibt ja auch keine Gegegnindizien: Du sprichst Schwiizerdütsch und bist nicht kriminell. Ich muss mich regelmässig als Ausländer outen; das ist einerseits zwar schmeichelnd, ist andererseits aber zu meinem Nachteil, weil ich ja trotzdem nicht Teil der Ingroup bin. Das Gegenteil des Papierschweizers.

Ist das Verhalten jedoch stärker ausgeprägt als in anderen Ländern? Deutschland wettert in gleichem Masse gegen “Asylanten” (Immigranten gibt es als Begriff gar nicht mehr). Identitätsstolz ist halt menschlich.

Trotzdem nervig, weil offensichtlich diskriminierend.
