In Finland you need to wave your hand for the bus to stop and pick you up.
I waved, and I waved, and I waved, but the bus driver just didn’t turn the blinker on.

But, the bus stopped anyway.

So, me: “Hello! Is your own private car a BMW, perhaps?”
The bus driver, visibly proud that someone could recognize that from her outlook alone: “Yes, indeed!”
“Next time maybe use the blinker.”
(The bus driver looked much less proud)

How is that unexpected, really? She’s shown her own boobs to a lot of people during the years. She’s an adult woman. She knows what human people are like.

Has the mom never been of age 15 to 35? Or 45, for that matter?

Nah, if she’s ever been a teenager, she does understand.

Has their mom never seen boobs? Or never seen their own child naked? Or what the heck is this about?

What mother would get traumatized by seeing boobs? They’re a mother for crying out loud. Breastfeeding somebody seems to tend to make boobs unscary.
