IMO that can be oppressive in of itself.
(Not all therapy is like this obviously but that was my experience).
Yeah therapy can be great for all sorts of trauma but not for the existential dread of capitalism
Depression is caused by living in a world where all our leaders & authorities oppress & suppress our human rights, conditioning us to eke out survival in a world that values money above human wellness because their neverending wellspring of revenue comes from exploiting those people they’ve placed beneath them.
