However, it has shed light on the fact that we have people in management who dont understand the fundamentals of how our business operates. Not that anything will be done about it.
I’ve always said that most middle management can be replaced by LLMs. And not even the more expensive models. Gemini flash would probably do about as good of a job as most middle managers.
Of course an LLM couldn’t do the job of a really good middle manager. But most middle management is basically doing basically what LLMs do, and hallucinate and get things wrong just as often.
