      It’s that communistic term though?

      Stalin wasn’t chairman (he was General Secretary), Kim Jong Un isn’t chairman (well he is a chairman on national defense commission), there is a chairman on the board of directors which this cabinet looks like one.

      Yeah. I know this was most likely dig like he wants to be like Xi, but I don’t think on it’s much about communism as he would love to have power to micromanage everything.

        If I had to guess the origin, it would be Mao Zedong (Tse-Tung), who founded the Chinese Communist Party, and is often referred to as “Chairman Mao”
