You don’t need to rant, just stand up for your beliefs. If someone asks why your kid knows about Elon Musk being evil you say that you felt it important for her to know that even though she can think the truck looks cool, it’s directly attached to a very bad person. That’s just good parenting.
When they’re older, sure. But I don’t need my daughter telling people that the president is a Nazi, for example, because she’s not equipped to have that argument.
I mean she knows the president is a Nazi, but I told her not to talk about it with others and to generally not call people Nazis.

You could also challenge it “looking cool”. Yes it’s a matter of taste, but you could try and encourage decent taste in your kids.
