That might not work for everyone, but it is so much more refreshing/constructive than all the defeatism. I’m not sure I could be that organized, but I do love a list!
One of my strategies is to treat it like getting into cold water. I force myself to jump in against my every instinct. Not easy to do but that framing often gets me over the hump. And just like the water it ends up being fine and is way better than the torture of wading in or never doing it.
