The original BBC radio version of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy is absolutely incredible. It’s a radio play read by Douglas Adams, so its a step up from a normal audio book and they do a fantastic job on all the voice acting, sound effects and music. This isnt an adaptation either - the series started as a radio sitcom, and was adapted into books, TV, movies, etc.
