That’s no skateboard, that’s a longboard specifically made for these kind of downhill rides
So are there 2 people skating at 50 mph for internet points, the second being behind the camera? If so, hats off to that dude, crazy skill to keep this so stable and in frame

Normally the skater is tailed by a car or motorcycle.
