This is actually incredibly relevant to me. I’m anti-“It is what it is” and instead say “Such is life,” “So it goes,” “C’est la vie” and an additional alternative is great. Won’t eliminate C’est la vie entirely because it’s a Protest the Hero song, but thanks for another ‘tired acknowledgment of the absurdity of reality’ phrase!
