Why the hell would I shoot myself in the meter?
American here, meters are tools for measuring things! Voltmeter measure volts, speedometers measure speed, etc.
Makes me nervous when I’m walking around, because every step I take my phone’s pedometer detects another one :'(
Just get a metermeter for lengths!
