Is it even physically possible to be that fat? Googling…

… I have returned and yes it is. It is not a place of honour. No great deeds are recorded here. It is a place of badness.

Good point. Plenty of people on My 600 Pound Life are literally incapable of crossing such daunting obstacles as the height of a scale or the threshold of a door.

Well if would have to carry 300kg every step, I also wouldn’t be able to cross any obstacles…

My wife is obgyn and we move to a region that’s famous for good meat, so she’s having an increase in fat patients, which is an absolute pain in the ass for her. But even so, I don’t think she’s ever had anything above a 100kg. This shit is just unimaginable, hahaha!

OP’s patient guesstimate is probably the value they saw the last time they could actually step on a balance.

I checked with her and her biggest patient -a pregnant patient- was 120kg. I can’t speak for the rest of Europe (UK / Ireland has been pretty bad in recent years) but anything above 100kg is fuckhuge, in France. Either you’re built like a Space Marine, or you’re some sort of fatass, pretty much.

It’s just struck me, I rarely see hyper-obese people anymore in my area of the US. Obese, definitely. Morbidly obese? Absolutely. Indigent due to weight? Haven’t seen them in a while.

I just wish the government weren’t on fire so that I could see whether that is the result of a trend or just random chance

People don’t have to leave their homes anymore. Everything can be delivered or done online. Even some medical visits can be done online.
