  • Yes… babies… known for drawing intelligible and not at all weird stuff lol

also the weird part is how the meaning of the symbol seems to be really obscure but also common enough to make it into unicode not the symbol itself. Hence my question about the meaning and not how to draw it…

out of curiosity what is the point of your comment? Like did you expect me to just say “oh yeah I guess it is very easy to draw and not weird at all, question answered thanks”?

It still feels weird to go bring my kids to school/kindergarden and be one of the parents?! Like all those weird people you didn’t know the names of but who all knew you somehow? But now you’re one of them. (You still don’t know their names btw it’s mom of x and y’s dad 🤣)

why do I need to desperately read this? what am i supposed to get out of that mess? That people will treat me differently when I fail some rule I was supposed to know about? Believe me I know, and guess what I have made the decision a long time ago and it’s been treating me so well ever since that I’d rather live with those consequences and not with the constant fear of tripping some unkown wire.

Like apparently I have to acknowledge that what the girl did was outside of the norm (which I have not even contested by the way) before we can talk about the guy passive-aggressively “teaching her a lesson” by negging her or whatever that is supposed to be. No I won’t. What the guy is advocating for is inexcusable even if she had belched like a walrus

Why are we so obsessed with making sure everybody understands that bringing a friend when you meet an online stranger is wrong? And no one talking about the guys mean spirited attempt at “teaching her a lesson” instead of just… saying what the fuck his problem is?

  • Well I’m not on board with the passive aggressive stuff.

Then what is your point? That she made a faux-pas on the first date? Ok. Whatever. Just break it off and go home if it’s that big a deal. Why is it so important for you all that I know that you’re not supposed to bring a friend when meeting an online stranger for the first time?

I’m not even gonna touch your consent analogy. I’m sorry but that’s a mess. What we are talking about is (at worst) like asking for coffee and someone bringing tea. Not like getting tricked into a date by someone pretending it’s a job interview, the power dynamics alone…

Well I’m not, I’m happily married thank god. Also empathy is exactly what I’m advocating for. I don’t know why the girl decided to bring a friend. Maybe she wanted someone to check the vibes with her first? Maybe she just thought it would be fun and didn’t know that “you aren’t supposed to do that”? And the advice that other guy gives based is to just passive aggressively “teach her a lesson”?? Fuck that.

Are we really gonna pretend the advice about hitting on the other girl was not to “get back” at his date? Willfully obtuse…

Also the guy just leaving is exactly what I’ve been saying though 🤦🤦 you all are just dogpiling with the same 🐂💩 reason that it’s somehow “not what you are supposed to do” despite me saying that I don’t accept that and now are doing a thing about me “crashing out” lol protip for next time if a skunk lifts their tail: run
