isn’t mobile linux just linux but you use it on mobile devices? SIM cards have the same architecture to read, and I can use wifi on linux just fine, what do you mean?

Most uninstallers do the same thing, with different speed. Sometimes the uninstallation is not complete. If you want it to be quick for small apps just go to applications in the control panel and uninstall it. If it’s something enshittified like vanguard then I suggest searching for a guide on the internet and do it yourself. Also some program have an uninstall.exe file
Not about software, but I wish more people focus on developing open source hardware, it makes both software and hardware development easier
can you explain how?

Open Source@lemmy.ml•Copyrightability of LLM-generated code: Can we license “vibe code” into Free Software?
1·10 hours agoUnlike art, there are strict definitions of “best things” in practical programming: Readability, speed, ease of use (in final product), and more stuff but I don’t know. And source code, is usually just duplications of source code in the past that achieve those things, group into a single project. So if every stolen code was illegal, then bigger than 95% of programmers are criminals
There are competitions about the most unique source code (obfuscated C code), but most of them are just for shits and giggles, not to put in practice at all
TLDR: Programming is mainly putting all the good things together, and depend on the time, there is only one best thing, for different categories: Readability, speed,… . Programming doesn’t aim for code originality, but there are competitions about it for shits and giggles

Edit 2: yes it does

AFAIK kdenlive dominates the foss video editors. But if you just want to do simple stuff like clip…(something that MS bought), I suggest openshot

can you give me some example on ISPs approving mobile antenna? For the proprietary drivers, they can reverse engineer to bring the needed functionalities of the antenna.
like trem said, I think the problem is because of mobile chipsets not giving the documentation to the public and devs have to reverse engineer it, which they need to own a mobile that has that chip set in order to to so
