YMMV, but less than a month after Colorado legalized, my dealer brought me headies after I asked for mids. Told him I wanted mids for the price-point and he said he couldn’t find mids anymore.
The stuff at the store is still a little better than what he brings (typically) for similar price-point, but yeah, lower quality stuff is getting less common.

Friend of mine has one of these, and he loves it a liiittle too much. He was riding it around helping people set up/clean up his wedding ceremony. He married an actual person, but I remember wondering who the true love was.
I guess the difference is just money, which tracks. Any poor foreigner with citizenship would be deported.

I’m only a secondhand source at best, but one of my customers works for city hall and says she met him once, and while she doesn’t know if it was shit or BO, he smells atrocious. I forget her exact words, but ‘dumpster fire’ would have been a kind estimate.
